DAILY MAIL - Dietician to comment on sugar levels in popular pancake toppings
A Daily Mail journalist is looking for a dietitian to comment on sugar levels in popular pancake toppings.
“We are doing an article on how just one tablespoon of some toppings can have more than your daily recommended sugar intake (30g). This includes Rowse squeezy honey, which has 12.1g per tablespoon, and Lyle's Butterscotch syrup. which has 11.6g.
Can I please get a dietitian to comment on:
* How to know which sugars are good for you
*Some suggestions on how to cut back and alternatives
*And some commentary on the effects of having too much sugar.”
The journalist has a tight deadline on this - she would ideally need comments on the three bullet points above by 5pm, and first thing tomorrow at the very latest.
