How many businesses are actually hiring based on CVs in this day and age?! Values-based recruitment often proves far more impactful than focusing solely on a CV, and whilst experience and skills are important, a thorough interview process provides the opportunity to assess a candidate’s character, adaptability, and alignment. Values drive behavior and that's not something you can't really capture in a CV.
