Cocoa supply under threat

As a chocolatier, we all want fair prices paid for those involved in the cocoa industry. We, however, have already experienced several sharp increases in ingredient costs in the past 12 months as well as supply issues, which only make the issue worse whilst those in the chocolate industry fight for what little supply there is. Further supply disruption would be catastrophic, especially for small producers like us.
