Cladding dataset launches

A new cladding dataset has been developed by Insurtech firm WhenFresh, to provide property-level cladding details on tall buildings. 

Will this launch help improve the speed at which EWS1 forms can be carried out, therefore enabling leaseholders to sell their properties with less hurdles?
