City AM seeks London estate agent

A journalist at City AM is putting a piece together on London’s housing market. It seems to have behaved slightly differently from the rest of the UK (smaller upswing in property, people wanting to move out, etc).

She wants thoughts from London estate agents on what’s next for London’s property market. For example:

  • do you think people are as keen to move to the capital post-Covid?
  • will Londoners get the money they’re asking for when selling (separate research today suggests Londoners are becoming more unwilling to drop their asking price)?
