Children being exposed to porn on Twitch

Hi, I'm looking to speak to online safety experts and e-gaming experts about the rise in adult content creators posting racy content on Twitch - a platform predominately used by children.

This is a new trend. 

In it, women have started broadcasting themselves oiled up and completely naked, but with their nipples just barely out of view.

When their viewers give them money, they'll do a dance that makes their breasts jiggle. See here a clip of a guy watching a girl called "Morgpie" (who is also an actual pornstar with explicit content available on other sites):

What can be done to remove this form of content from the eyes of children?
