Brokers who work with cladding issues
For the Telegraph Money section
I am researching a piece on buyers who have succesfully purchased flats with cladding issues at significantly reduced prices and have either sold them for a profit once the remediation is sorted or have benefitted froma remedaition scheme that mens the flat is now worth full market value.
Is this something you have advised on? How common is it and is there an opportunity people are missing?
