With the mortgage market proving pretty unpredictable so far in 2025, we're putting together a video story and are looking for brokers to add clips of up to 30 seconds saying what kind of mortgage they would go for if they were about to remortgage - and why? Would you opt for a fixed rate? And if so, for how long? Or maybe you think Bank Rate will come down as the economy implodes so think a tracker is best?
