BBC World Service - Commodities expert to talk about pasta prices in Italy

A journalist for BBC World Service radio is doing a piece on the rising cost of pasta in Italy. Because this is partly to do with durum wheat and energy costs in Italy, it needs to be someone with specific knowledge of Italy. It will be pre-recorded. The journalist will just ask a few very straightforward questions about the reasons behind Italian pasta price rises.
