A &nbsp;producer on the World at One programme on BBC Radio 4 is looking to speak to a small business:Lots of small businesses are suffering from the rising cost of borrowing. Some are having to make sacrifices, reduce their head count, etc. We'd like to speak to some small businesses in that position.
