Employees at Colchester-based charity MS-UK are celebrating this week after achieving the acclaimed accreditation of being a Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work is an awarding body that listens to employees and puts what they think this first. To qualify for an award, employees take a voluntary, anonymous survey, and the results must meet strict criteria to achieve the award. Because the surveys are conducted in the strictest of confidence, a workplace can only gain the award if employees genuinely love working there. No other employee experience survey compares what leaders think they are delivering with what is actually being experienced by employees. “MS-UK works hard to make our charity a great place to work for everyone and be an employer of choice.
