Whilst working as stake holder and within executive management positions within the Print & Packaging sectors Marcus recruited, mentored and developed numerous executive and middle management teams where the most common business challenge encountered during that time was finding talented experienced people when needed, within specification and in the time period required; particularly within the MEA region.
