I am proud to be a female business owner and entrepreneur. I believe that the role of female founders and female led entrepreneurship is key to the growth of today's economic climate. All female leaders own a shared responsibility to foster a business environment where female personal success as well as peer success should be highlighted and celebrated. It is our duty to inspire the next generation of female business leaders and lead through example. My skill set lies in B2B Advertising & Marketing Strategy and Project Management and I have worked in large multi-national corporates leading teams in the delivery of diverse campaigns. More recently I have owned my own businesses which has allowed me to focus more on working within a smaller team with a B2C focus. I am learning the intricacies of what it takes to be successful in both of these business environments...it's a continuous, exciting adventure!
