How can recruitment agencies and hiring companies get the best out of neurodivergent candidates and stop unfair recruitment processes?

A neurodivergent-led social enterprise in Croydon centred around Creative Health and Wellbeing. We support mental health through participatory arts, healing conversations and co-produced community. Specialists in accessibility, belonging, neurodivergence: especially neurodivergent women, neurodivergence in the workplace, online/hybrid existence, social and cultural prescribing. We also speak and consult on new paradigms of work, co-production, harm-free protective spaces including workplaces, harnessing the power of crystallised intelligence (involving and respecting experts by lived experience). ABOUT A COLLECTIVE We’re a multi-disciplinary team of artists, musicians, performers, writers, gamers and more, backed up by business and start-up expertise, we’re all Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD. We create meaningful projects, spaces and work for autistic and similarly neurodivergent people without learning disability. We are ambassadors for positive conversations around neurodivergence as difference not deficit. We model and promote the benefits of equitable access, individual autonomy & self advocacy.
