Naomi's extensive experience in the voluntary sector includes significant roles focused on supporting and uplifting women. By partnering with organisations and businesses, she has implemented strategies and programmes aimed at achieving pay equity and promoting fair compensation practices. As Chair of Trustees for Peterborough Rape Crisis, she provided governance and strategic direction, ensuring the charity effectively addressed sexual violence and supported survivors. In building sustainable partnerships that deliver impact, she has cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS England, and The Ministry of Justice. These partnerships have been crucial in enhancing ICENA's impact and reach, promoting gender equality and addressing issues such as sexual harassment and violence against women. Naomi holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management with a specialisation in Fundraising and Marketing from Bayes Business School, London.
