Kirsty, the director and founder of HMAS, has been nominated as a Better Business Pioneer and a Female Business Network Award. As a licensed AAT accountant, she specialises in internal audit and mentoring. She is also a Bendrigg Trust Trustee, a member of the Association of Business Mentors and a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management. Kirsty dedicates much of her time to charity work and an advocate for creating sustainable businesses, disability rights, and LGBTQ+ equality.
