<h2>A major new study by Hanna Sillitoe, who made headlines in 2019 when all five entrepreneurs offered to invest in her natural skincare brand on Dragons' Den, has revealed the numerous benefits of juicing.</h2>Hanna Sillitoe, who is also the author of Skin Healing Expert and the best-selling book Radiant, wanted to gauge how even a brief juice cleanse can positively boost people's overall health and energy levels, skin and wellbeing — vital as we enter the winter months.To that end, Hanna sought out 1334 people to undertake a juice cleanse of 7 days. When questioning participants after their juice cleanse, the survey revealed that:<ul><li>27% of those surveyed noticed improvements in their complexion</li><li>24% reported a substantial increase in energy</li><li>27% said they experienced desired weight loss after juicing</li><li>23% saw improvements in their digestive health</li><li>17% saw improvements in their mood and emotions</li></ul><figure class="image"><img src="https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/newspage.com-staging/company/992/files/7d88f3e744173603ddf0d9ef63308b02b0d1619302a2264914065e11dee83ca04a9cfeb554c68c064a51b39e5f9e22f7d55e898c4ebb6f21ff85e70ea393b308.jpeg"></figure>Other highlights from the survey included:<ul><li>Participants felt adding a cold-pressed juice into their breakfast routine significantly boosted their intake of vitamins and nutrients.</li><li>Respondents stated turmeric, spinach, ginger, and celery were the most likely ingredients to offer optimum health benefits.</li><li>The main deterrent for juicing was deemed to be the hassle of the process and the cleaning of the juicer.</li></ul>Commenting on the survey, Hanna Sillitoe said:<blockquote>The most common physical results enjoyed by people after embarking on a Juice Cleanse are improvements in their skin, desired weight loss and an increase in energy levels.
