I am a Registered & Accredited Practitioner with National Hypnotherapy Society. And National Counselling Society.

I am a professional counsellor here at Hampshire Hypnotherapy and Counselling Centre. I am pleased to be able to offer you Counselling and Hypnotherapy, facilitating you with the tools to help with a variety of symptoms including anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem and relationship problems. I am also a qualified Bereavement Counsellor.

Over the years I have developed a keen understanding about people, and the things that can motivate us or hold us back in life. That can often be deep rooted.

My approach and the techniques that I have honed over the years have even transformed my own life, and I continue to draw on them personally as part of daily living.
