Richard has enjoyed a first class career as an estate agent. Previously working for a leading Surrey agency, Gascoigne-Pees, for 17 years before setting up Halliwell Marks, Richard worked his way up from trainee negotiator to regional manager, looking after 11 offices across Surrey. In 2013, Richard setup Halliwell Marks in Reigate, using the wealth of experience he developed throughout his career, as well as his detailed knowledge of the housing market in Surrey and Reigate in particular.
