In October 2021, I proudly launched my second business, GNR Solicitors, an SRA regulated law firm. I want individuals to feel supported just as much as businesses with equal accessibility to services. As an employment and immigration law firm we are instructed to act by both individuals and businesses and we are fully regulated to undertake Tribunal work when matters become contentious.

I previously worked in banking and financial services as regulatory counsel for over 10 years. I’m experienced at advising businesses how to interpret and apply legislation and guidance to adapt their processes and procedures. I’ve seen businesses reluctant to change their ways, but with a bit of straight talking and explanation of the risks, I’ve found businesses to be receptive.

I was once an employee too and I know what it takes to stand up for your rights. Inherently, employers that lack the right culture and integrity are more likely to face Tribunal proceedings, because employees expect to be feel supported, particularly when pandemics, flexible working and equality are very much at the forefront of an employee’s mind.
