Daniel Nikolla is the chair of the board of Generation Next for 2023. He is a chartered marketer, the marketing manager of Hardy Signs Ltd and a marketing consultant for MERX Marketing Ltd. Daniel has been awarded Greater Birmingham's 'Future Face of Sales, Marketing and Communications 2020' and East Midlands (Derbyshire) 'Young Professional of the Year 2020'. Daniel speaks about young professionals, awards, mentoring, marketing and social causes. He was born in Tirana, Albania and moved to London in 2013. Daniel has studied at City and Islington College, where he was also the Student's Union President and sat on the Board of Governors. He has also attended University of West London and Nottingham Trent University. In 2016, he took part in a UEFA EURO 2016 video which reached millions of people across the world.
