Well Good is a purpose-driven company founded by Fran Williams, a mum whose journey began with a simple mission: to help her daughter manage crippling anxiety without medication, long NHS waitlists or costly therapy. What started as a personal effort to restore calm in one child’s life has since grown into a national movement, blending heartfelt storytelling, expert-backed mental health techniques, and innovative, child-friendly tools, all with inclusivity at the core.
At Well Good, we believe every child deserves the tools to feel safe, calm, and confident in their minds, regardless of background, diagnosis, or access to services. We create comforting products, free online resources, and soon, digital games that teach and support emotional wellbeing. Our flagship product line, The Calmness Crew, features voice-guided plushies that support children through breathing techniques, positive affirmations and grounding exercises — the same tools that helped Fran’s daughter find her way back to everyday life.
