A huge scandal. In 2021 the removals company leased a new Citroen Relay Van from&nbsp;Arval UK Ltd&nbsp;aka Arval Vehicle Leasing on a Contract Hire Agreement. Aviva insurance&nbsp;demanded that van is taken off road due to specification abnormalities in May 2023 Ashley Page brokers&nbsp;declared the vehicle&nbsp;UN-ROADWORTHY &amp;&nbsp;UNINSURABLE&nbsp;in 2023. No accidents by the removals company so therefore unroadworthy at the start of contract. The micro business has suffered severe losses as a result. None of the 6 companies involved acknowledge any blame or&nbsp;offer of assistance. Vehicle History Report FALSIFIED, luckily they were able to get copies of before and after. ▪︎Arval UK Ltd imitated sending a Vehicle Summary form for a V5c Logbook&nbsp; They wrote "Vehicle Summary which is an official document provided by the DVLA that REPLACES the original V5"&nbsp; The Vehicle Summary is only Valid for 28 days from the date it is generated. ▪︎2001 Chassis in a 2021 registered vehicle ▪︎Barrister Report has x2 company Defendants as liable. ▪︎6 companies involved. ▪︎Safety Recall R/2021/355 Citroen Relay 21 – Removals company wasn't aware ▪︎x11 Affected vehicles ▪︎2.0l engine not 2.2l as sold ▪︎Type Approval number on Logbook Incorrect&nbsp; ▪︎Box body European Standards number Incorrect&nbsp; ▪︎Confirmed Co2 Emissions by Arval at 345, VHR shows 186 paid for and documented. ▪︎15" Wheels instead of 16" ▪︎Mixed glass codes ▪︎Reg plate shows no Recall on Gov website, Shows recall when you put in Make,model,and year. ▪︎No Mot details held by DVLA, yet its in public domain. Vehicle now untaxed. ▪︎Arval arranged for bailiffs to take van. 5k Mileage (No payments missed)&nbsp; 28.6.23&nbsp;van was taken to direct to&nbsp;LCV Auction House in Colchester, they have now refused to market the vehicle.
