Richard Forrest joined Hayes Connor in October 2019 and, since July 2020, has been part of the Management Team with Jon, Dan and Bill, together with his fellow Legal Director Christine Sabino. He has a large caseload of both individual data breach claims and larger group actions. This involves claims against a wide range of organisations such as police forces, local authorities, banks, and small/large scale businesses. His role is not only to make sure his clients are compensated for the breach of their data and the distress this has caused, but to ensure he assists them by offering reassuring advice and practical support. Richard provides daily assistance to the Hayes Connor team of Fee Earners on their individual caseloads, ensuring they maximise their potential and offer the best service possible to their clients. He also plays an active role in the marketing side of the business.
