Chris has studied coral reefs, fisheries and the people that depend on them for over 20 years. His Phd included anthropological and ecological research into the Bedoin fishermen on the reefs of South SInai Egypt. His current interests include the the sociological and environmental impacts of climate change on coastal communities in the Middle East, Pacific and East Africa. Chris is also a consultant to the UN on fisheries and sea turtle bycatch.
