I am passionate about educating children in how to support and look after their mental health, empower parents to want to make change for their children and advocate for systems that deliver relationship focused and trauma responsive care. I am a registered mental health nurse with experience of working in various settings across the NHS and voluntary sector. I have additional training in family therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
