<h2>Bath hooker, Tom Dunn, has launched a mobile catering company, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.instagram.com/black_and_white_butcher">Black + White</a>, along with Dave Kelly, a partner at renowned Bristol butcher, Ruby &amp; White.</h2>Bristol + Black, which does hog roasts, lamb roasts, rotisserie chickens and briskets, all served up in bespoke black buns, did its first catering event at The Rec on 5th March during the Bristol/Bath derby. Fans loved the food on offer and Black + White was sold out before the final whistle.Black + White will be appearing at future matches at The Rec and is also targeting events, such as weddings, birthdays and christenings, as well as corporate hospitality and festivals. Back in 2015, I was interested in becoming a butcher and was put in touch with a local supplier called Ruby &amp; White and became friends with one of their owners, Dave Kelly. Ruby &amp; White are based in Bristol, and we talked for a while about setting up a shop in Bath, which is still probably our end goal but for now we're keeping the business mobile and agile given the economic storm clouds that are gathering. Getting a business on the go while you're still playing gives you a platform for when you do eventually retire.
