<p>As a Bowen therapist and NLP life coach in mid Wales I have noticed a sharp rise in people contacting me for help with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self limiting beliefs. These issues invariably get traced back to covid lockdowns and now financial problems. On the physical side of things as a Bowen therapist I am seeing many more stress related problems such as headaches and neck/shoulder issues. The mental and physical health of the nation is deteriorating as a result of years of insecurity and next to no help from both the Welsh and UK governments, people are being left to sink or swim on their own, it's heartbreaking.</p><blockquote><p>The mental and physical health of the nation is deteriorating due to people being left to sink or swim with virtually no support from either the Welsh or UK government's, it's heart breaking</p></blockquote>
